Inside Hailey Bieber’s Honest Beauty Routine
Forget filters - she’s all about consistency, honesty, and a little science.
More and more celebrities are getting honest about the small tweaks they do to look camera-ready, and honestly, it’s refreshing to see. For years, A-listers brushed off any talk about cosmetic treatments, leaving fans guessing what was real and what wasn’t.
But now, transparency is slowly becoming the new trend, and Hailey Bieber has joined that wave by revealing exactly what she does - and doesn’t - do to maintain her signature glow. During a recent appearance on Owen Thiele’s In Your Dreams podcast, the 28-year-old model and Rhode Beauty founder opened up about her skincare and treatment habits, shutting down a few rumors in the process.
One of the biggest? Botox. Hailey made it clear that while she has used Botox, it wasn’t for aesthetic reasons. Instead, it was prescribed for TMJ (temporomandibular joint disorder), a condition that can cause jaw pain, headaches, and tension from teeth grinding.
“I made a commitment to myself that I wasn’t going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s,” she explained.
“When I get there, I’ll see if I even want to do it.” She credited her mother, Kennya Baldwin, for inspiring her to take a more natural approach.
“My mom does nothing to her skin and she looks insane,” Hailey said, referring to her mom’s effortlessly youthful appearance.
Hailey Bieber sticks to a steady skincare routine with trusted brands and her own Rhode line.
When it comes to her actual skincare routine, Hailey keeps things consistent. She describes herself as “diligent” about caring for her skin, using a mix of well-known dermatological favorites and her own products.
Some of her go-to brands include Avène, BeautyStat, EltaMD, Naturium, and Cosrx, alongside her Rhode line, of course. It’s a mix that reflects her practical yet polished approach: no drastic procedures, just steady maintenance.

Still, Hailey isn’t against professional treatments. One of her favorites is PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy, better known as the “vampire facial.”
“I love PRP, which is when they take your blood from your arm and they spin it,” she said.
“I love doing PRP with microneedling. I’ve talked about that a lot.”
The process, popularized years ago by Kim Kardashian, involves re-injecting components of your own blood to encourage collagen production and tissue regeneration. While dermatologists still debate its effectiveness, many swear by the results.
Expert Insights on Skincare
Renowned dermatologist Dr. Sandra Lee, widely known for her expertise in skin health, emphasizes the importance of understanding one’s skin type in crafting an effective beauty routine.
Her approach involves a thorough analysis of skin conditions and tailoring products to individual needs, which is crucial for achieving that camera-ready glow.
Dr. Lee advises using non-comedogenic products, especially for those prone to acne, to avoid clogging pores, thus preventing breakouts.
Moreover, she encourages consistency in applying sunscreen daily to protect against UV damage, a key factor in maintaining youthful skin.
Hailey Bieber swears by PRF injections for natural skin rejuvenation and subtle prevention.
Hailey has also experimented with PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) injections, which are similar to PRP but use a slightly different technique.
“They take your blood - but it’s called EZ Gel - and basically they heat it and then they cool it, and it kind of makes your blood a gel consistency. Then you inject it,” she explained.
What she likes most about the treatment is that it comes from her own body, which makes her feel safer.
“I’ve done that, which I loved. I’ve injected my smile lines. I’ve injected it under my eyes.”
Hailey said she typically gets PRF injections “a couple of times a year” and occasionally adds laser treatments. But that’s as far as she goes, no fillers, no facelifts, and no dramatic makeovers. Her focus, she says, is on prevention and healthy skin rather than on looking frozen in time.

In a time when social media filters make it hard to tell what’s real, Hailey’s honesty feels refreshing. She doesn’t pretend her glowing skin is all about luck or genetics, but she’s also not selling an image built on endless treatments.
Her approach sits comfortably in between - realistic, thoughtful, and attainable. It’s less about perfection and more about caring for herself in a way that feels true to who she is.
Incorporating a holistic approach to beauty can greatly enhance results, according to wellness advocate Dr. Mark Hyman. He suggests that beauty starts from within, emphasizing a nutrient-rich diet.
Dr. Hyman highlights the benefits of antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables, which combat oxidative stress and promote healthier skin.
Moreover, he recommends staying hydrated, as water intake is essential for skin elasticity and overall vitality. Simple changes, like adding more leafy greens and drinking sufficient water, can lead to noticeable improvements.
